Quentin has spent the last 30 years leading high performance teams across a wide variety of environments and industries.
Recruited to revolutionise engagement and performance in global teams into The Hut Group, he developed leaders across the digital and language services industries during a 7 year period of hyper growth and also over 5 years at Goldman Sachs.
Quentin set up a leading Academy for developing leaders in the Digital eCommerce sector, providing disruptive thinking to a generation of leaders to be comfortable with the uncertainty and ambiguity of a rapidly changing sector, across multiple geographies. He speaks regularly on emerging trends in leadership.
As a former CEO of a global language services business, Quentin transformed the approach to how language could drive revenue in the eCommerce sector and developed new thinking on post-acquisition business integration, whilst building long-standing sustainable revenues at higher margins.
Across a 20 year military career, Quentin was awarded an MBE for leading Gurkhas in Bosnia-Herzegovina in 2003, and was later Mentioned in Despatches for gallantry in Iraq, leading some of the most challenging combat operations of the conflict.
Quentin still manages to guide on the battlefields of the Great War, particularly across the Somme in France.
